Rona Homes has been a quality housing option for Ohio since 1969. Rona Homes' founder, Ronald Thomas, began with the manufactured housing industry in 1962. Mr. Thomas has built a display center in Pataskala that is its own "Parade of Homes".

Summit Ridge Estates is located at 13400 Cleveland Rd and offers all the beauty and warmth of traditional housing communities. When all the phases are completed, over 300 families will be enjoying quality, affordable housing.
